Arthur E. Imperatore, Jr.

Arthur E. Impertatore, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of ARCORP Properties, which includes several privately held corporations, among them NY Waterway, Dry Dock Restaurant Corp. and Romulus Development Corp. His corporate involvements include real estate development, ferry and connecting bus transportation and full-service restaurant operations. Prior to ARCORP, he was a Research/Public Affairs Associate with the Regional Plan Association in New York City and worked at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett as an Associate Attorney in the Real Estate Corp.

Impertatore also serves as a member of the Board of Newark Museum and the Regional Plan Association, and is also a Commissioner of the New Jersey Railroad and Transportation Museum Commission.

He studied history at Yale University and went on to study American History as a doctoral candidate at Harvard University before receiving a law degree from Columbia University, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
