Ben Korman

Since 1985, Ben Korman , a native Israeli, has garnered a vast amount of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate in New York City and other metropolitan Central Business Districts. In 1992, with Meir Cohen, he created C&K Properties, a boutique, full service real estate company. C & K has a long history on New York City’s Hudson River waterfront. From 1990 to 2003, the firm operated different facilities from the Pier 25 bulkhead in the south to Pier 64 in the north and took part in the transformation of the Hudson River waterfront from dilapidated piers with barbwire to a great park. C&K has specialized in industrial, retail and office buildings and currently owns approximately three million square feet in New York City and throughout the United States.

Ben holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
