Welcome to the Greenwich Village section of Hudson River Park!

Houston Street to Horatio Street

Greenwich Village is the only completed section of the Park, with construction beginning in 1999 and the section opening in 2003. Approximately three-quarters of a mile long, Greenwich Village comprises one of the most superb stretches of waterfront park to be found anywhere. Here you will encounter sweeping lawns and picnic areas, a water playground, a dog run, spectacular gardens, athletic facilities and walkways.
