Welcome to the Tribeca section of Hudson River Park!

Chambers Street to Houston Street

Just over a mile long, Tribeca features basketball and tennis courts, batting cages, and free kayaking, as well as raised scenic overlooks, a meandering wooden boardwalk, public art, recreational facilities, and landscaped gardens consisting of more than 29,000 individual plants, trees, shrubs, and grasses.

Tribeca construction began in 2006. In the recently passed New York State budget, funding was allocated for construction on Piers 25 and 26. Plans for these piers include a habitat planting zone, lawns, seating areas, overlooks, a skate park, a miniature golf course, beach volleyball courts, basketball courts, moorings, historic boats and other active and passive recreation opportunities.
